Job Posting

The Job Posting Section allows adding detailed job openings with titles, locations, descriptions, application links, and categorization by type and department.

Step 1: Navigate to the Job Posting Section

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Go to the Jobs section via the menu.

  3. Click on "Add New Job".

Step 2: Enter Job Details

  1. Job Title: Add the title of the job position.

    • Example: "Product Manager."

  2. Job Location: Specify the job location.

    • Example: "Gulshan, Dhaka."

  3. Job Vacancy: Enter the number of open positions for the job.

    • Example: "3."

Step 3: Add URLs

  1. Job Description URL: Add a link to the detailed job description.

    • Example: "https://notion.so/jobs/product-manager."

  2. Job Application URL: Provide the link where candidates can submit their applications.

    • Example: "https://forms.google.com/product-manager."

Step 4: Select Job Type

  1. Use the Job Type dropdown to select the nature of the job:

    • On-site

    • Remote

    • Hybrid

Step 5: Add Additional Details

  1. Job Salary: Enter the offered salary for the position.

    • Example: "$70,000 per year."

  2. Job Deadline: Set the application deadline for the job.

    • Example: "2025-02-15."

  3. Job Department: Select the relevant department from the dropdown:

    • Product & Technology

    • Finance & Accounts

    • Input Market

    • Business Operations

Step 6: Set the Order

  1. Use the Order field to define the sequence in which jobs will appear on the site.

    • Example: Enter 1 for the first job, 2 for the second, etc.

Step 7: Save the Job Posting

  1. Verify all the details for accuracy.

  2. Click the "Create Job" button to save the job posting.

Step 8: Verify the Posting

  1. Go back to the All Jobs list to confirm the new job posting appears.

  2. Check the live site to ensure the job is displayed correctly in the relevant category and order.
