FAQ

The FAQ Section lets you add and organize questions and answers under categories like investment, order, or return for user assistance.

Step 1: Navigate to the FAQ Section

  1. Log in to your dashboard.

  2. Access the FAQs section via the menu.

  3. Click on "Add New FAQ".

Step 2: Select a Category

  1. Open the Category dropdown.

  2. Choose the appropriate category for the FAQ:

    • WeGro

    • Investment

    • Order

    • Return

Step 3: Enter the FAQ Details

  1. FAQ Question: Write the question you want to add.

    • Example: "How do I track my order?"

  2. FAQ Answer: Provide a clear and concise answer to the question.

    • Example: "You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the 'Orders' section."

Step 4: Set the Order

  1. Use the Order field to determine the display sequence of the FAQs.

    • Example: Enter 1 for the first FAQ, 2 for the second, etc.

Step 5: Save the FAQ

  1. Double-check the details for accuracy.

  2. Click the "Create FAQ" button to save the entry.
