
FAQ
The FAQ Section lets you add and organize questions and answers under categories like investment, order, or return for user assistance.
Step 1: Navigate to the FAQ Section
Log in to your dashboard.
Access the FAQs section via the menu.
Click on "Add New FAQ".

Step 2: Select a Category
Open the Category dropdown.
Choose the appropriate category for the FAQ:
WeGro
Investment
Order
Return

Step 3: Enter the FAQ Details
FAQ Question: Write the question you want to add.
Example: "How do I track my order?"
FAQ Answer: Provide a clear and concise answer to the question.
Example: "You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the 'Orders' section."
Step 4: Set the Order
Use the Order field to determine the display sequence of the FAQs.
Example: Enter
1
for the first FAQ,2
for the second, etc.
Step 5: Save the FAQ
Double-check the details for accuracy.
Click the "Create FAQ" button to save the entry.
