Homepage Background

The Hero Section allows uploading up to three images with titles, descriptions, and display order to enhance your homepage.

Step 1: Navigate to the Homepage Background Section

1. Log in to your dashboard.

2. Go to the Background Images section and select the appropriate option in the dashboard menu.

3. Click on the "Add New" button.

Step 2: Select a Category

1. Use the Category dropdown to choose the category for the background image.

   • Ensure the category aligns with your website’s content structure.

   

Step 3: Upload the Background Image

1. Click on the "Drag and Drop" or "Browse" option in the Background Img field.

2. Select the image file you want to upload.

   • Image Requirements:

     • Resolution: 1600x500 pixels.

     • Maximum file size: 1MB.

   • Note: The system will reject files that do not meet these requirements.

Step 4: Add a Background Title

1. In the Background Title field, enter a descriptive title for the background image.

   • Example: "Spring Sale Banner."

Step 5: Add Background Short Text

1. Enter a brief description in the Background Short Text field.

   • This text will appear alongside the image on the website.

   • Example: "Discover our exclusive offers this season."

Step 6: Set the Order

1. Use the Order field to determine the display sequence of the image.

   • Example: Enter 1 for the first image, 2 for the second, and so on.

   • Note: The order ensures that only up to three images are displayed in rotation.

Step 7: Save the Changes

1. Review all the entered details to ensure accuracy.

2. Click the "Create Homepage Background" button to save the entry.

Step 8: Verify the Upload

1. Return to the All Homepage Backgrounds list to confirm the new entry appears correctly.

2. Ensure that the image is displaying as expected on the live homepage.
